Lucas Wauters is a Professor in Gastroenterology and Principal Investigator in the Translational Research Center for Gastrointestinal Disorders (TARGID) at the University of Leuven, focusing on small bowel disorders. He was the first author of
the European consensus and UEG Online course on Functional Dyspepsia.
